I find this video very interesting. What on God's green earth could Kim have been thinking of that she walked away and forgot 21-month old North behind?

I know mothers are always very aware of their surroundings especially when it comes to looking out for their children. Could Kim have been so overwhelmed by the tons of paparazzi trying to photograph her that she left her baby behind? Thank God for her bodyguard who reminded her that she left her daughter behind.
