Kim and Kanye recently attended the BET's 2015 Honors Event where rapper Kanye accepted the Visionary Award.

The couple were both dressed in all black Balmain outfits and I must add that that looked effortlessly classy and stunning.

BRUCE JENNER AND HIS GENDER CONFUSION HITS TV

So this may be the real reason why Kris and Bruce split up after all. 

A documentary is in the works about the torturous journey of former Olympian Bruce Jenner to transform himself into his ex-wife, Kris Jenner. 65-year-old Jenner, who recently injected fat into his lips, will talk about his “life changes” and gender confusion in an upcoming documentary on E! Network.


According to Enstarz.com, “Bruce Jenner is shooting a docuseries about his life changes that will air on television,” TMZ confirmed on Wednesday. “The footage has been shot over the last few months and chronicles what Kim has described as Bruce’s ‘journey.'”

LADIES!!! THE WORST SHOES FOR YOUR FEET

Podiatrists have issued warnings about women wearing high heeled shoes for decades. The high fashion footwear are available in a variety of styles including stilleto’s (or spikes), pumps and wedges. Originally designed to keep a horseback rider’s feet from slipping out of the stirrups, high-heeled shoes have evolved into medieval torture devices.

Doctors say pointy pumps (such as those pictured above on a local celebrity) are the worst culprits. The pointy toes squeeze the entire front of your foot together, causing nerve pain, bunions, blisters, and hammertoes.

European royalty began wearing expensive, custom made high-heeled shoes to make them seem taller than they were. Since only royalty and the well-to-do could afford to wear such heels in the 16th century, people of wealth were often referred to as “well-heeled”.

Today’s well-heeled celebrities and thousandaires distinguish themselves from the common folk by wearing pricey ultra high-heeled shoes (with 4+ inch heels) designed by Christian Louboutin, Valentino, Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo, Prada, St. Laurant, and others.
Podiatrists blame ultra high heels on a number of medical maladies including chronic back pain, knee pain, foot and tendon pain, blisters, degenerative joint disease, swelling of the feet and ankles, etc.

Love and good music are the major tools needed to make the world we live in today a better place.

Thanks to the likes of Kayode Ajayi popularly known as Kayo Musiq who has decided to put his talent and creativity to good use in a song he wrote and titled "Praying For Peace" Every time I watch this video it gives me a new feeling of hope. Enjoy the video right after the write up.

Music has successfully stood out as an accurate representation of sentiments toward significant historical events, political opinions, and societal observations. I'M BACK!

Happy New Year everyone! I know this may be coming a little late but i'll still say it anyway.....lol.

Yes I know I've been AWOL for over a month, but this was not intentional in anyway. Lets just say life happened. Working and schooling in New York can be somewhat overwhelming but i'm happy I've been able to gain some balance. 

A lot has happened this past month home and abroad and some if not most of these happenings gets me asking myself what's really going on in the world. Whatever the case is, I need you to always remember that you owe no man nothing but love.

With that said, I want to say welcome back and I will be posting stuffs shortly.

2015 GRAMMY NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED.

The first batch of nominees for the 57th Annual Grammy Awards were announced Friday. Ed Sheeran and Pharrell Williams revealed which musicians are in the running on CBS This Morning. "We don't want to, like, geek out in front of everybody," Williams, who learned he is a nominee, joked. "

This is national TV." The Grammys will be held on Feb. 8, 2015 at the Staples Center in L.A. and will air live on CBS at 8 p.m
