MY VIDEO INTERVIEW: CHEF RUDY'S CAKES! THE GREAT NORTHEAST CHEESE FEST 2015

One of the perks of studying Travel, Tourism and Hospitality is that you get to attend very interesting and educative events.

 

Last night I had the privilege of volunteering at The Great North East Cheese Fest that took place at Flushing Town Hall in New York City. This was a gathering that had my taste buds alive from start to finish as there were different types of cheese, saida, wines, jerkeys and some goat cheese soup that stays unforgettable.  Interestingly I helped in assisting Chef Rudolf Merlin , the owner of Creme Bakery located in Queens. He is so full of life and such a dynamic French man. His cakes got everyone that tried them coming back for more.
